The Local Service Database Görlitz is a supplement to film-specific databases such as the Production Guide of the Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung.

Companies from trade, commerce, sales and industry as well as private individuals can register online free of charge in the Local Service-Database of the Görlitz Film Office with their services and locations that they make available for film productions.
The offer is aimed primarily at parties within a radius of 50 km from Görlitz. Owners, brokers and managers of motifs and locations in the district of Görlitz as well as the Polish-Czech border area can also register in the database free of charge.
The aim of the database is to make the capabilities of the city and the region visible to film productions at the same time to make the work of film productions on location much easier.
The Local Service Database Görlitz is a supplement to film-specific databases.
The "Filmbüro Görlitz" is located at the Europastadt GörlitzZgorzelec GmbH (EGZ) and is financed by the City of Görlitz and the Free State of Saxony represented by Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung GmbH (MDM). This measure is co-financed by tax funds on the basis of a resolution of the Saxon state parliament.
